In addition to organisational considerations (profitability, personal security, prevention of condensation etc.), other factors such as thermal- and mechanical load of the insulation, choice of insulating material, insulation strength and the construction have to be considered when designing a structure. Batimat offers turn- key solutions and sees through a project from consultation to the planning and the execution on site, right up until the handing over stage. Our service includes among others the whole engineering, the complete project management, material and machinery provision, scaffolding, prefabrication, supervision, as well as turn- key assembly.

Batimat offers the processing for all current types of insulation material: polyurethane foam (in segments, pipe lags, and shaped parts, or foamed on site), mineral wool, EPS, foam glass, elastomer matting, cork granulate, perlite, vermiculite, etc.. With regards to the customer’s wishes and requirements the cladding of the insulation can be supplied in stainless steel plates, aluminium, or zinc coated sheets in various surface structures and in various colour coatings.
