Pre-insulated piping

The pre-insulated Batimat Spiro-piping System is applied for the insulation of pipings, which require sheet cladding.

For long straight lined pipings with few shaped pieces, e.g. pipeline routes, the Batimat Spiro-piping System achieves a considerable reduction in the time spent assembling. After the pressure test, only the weld seams have to be insulated, and so the start up of production can begin earlier. The assembling of preinsulated Spiro-pipes has several further advantages:
